We Strive to Build Long-Term Relationships with our Clients
One of the great things about being in business in the Fredericton region for as long as we have – over 35 years – is that we have the opportunity to build great long-term relationships with clients and help them grow their businesses over time. It is one of the most-rewarding aspects of what we do to see our clients grow, mature and adapt their businesses to the challenges they face and success they develop.
We started working with Picaroons in 2003 with the simple, yet important task of helping them develop their tagline – Get Fresh with a Local. That progressed to include work on bottle labels, collateral for marketing campaigns, a website and more. Over the years the business has grown and they eventually achieved a point where they could take much of their design and marketing in-house – an admirable benchmark within any business.
Through it all, we’ve remained a go-to partner with Picaroons whenever they needed an outside source of inspiration, ideas, advice or – in many cases – large-format printing. Sometimes it’s as simple as a phone-call to discuss a particular campaign idea or possible business re-direction.
Recently they came to us looking to spruce up a large exterior wall at the entrance to their Roundhouse and we were happy to oblige. After some discussion about what they envisioned, we presented several ideas and finally came up with a finished product that met their budget and highlighted the components of their brand that they had targeted. In conjunction with some other landscaping and structural upgrades that were done, everything worked nicely together to present a much-improved entrance for visitors.

When they were looking for some ideas about the doorway/entrance foyer they thought it would be interesting to highlight the historical nature of the Roundhouse building that they’d restored and renovated to be their business and community space. They did some digging in the archives and found some historical photos to highlight the building and location at various points over the years and we put those to good use via some large entrance panels.

Over the years, the services we provide to Picaroons has changed based on the growth of their business (something we’re proud to say we’ve played a small part in), their needs, and the ever-evolving marketplace. One thing that hasn’t changed is that we’ve always sought to meet their immediate needs while also keeping an eye on where things could go – or where they wanted them to go – in the future.
By always keeping our clients’ potential and longevity as part of the equation on any project, we’ve continued to build strong, long-term relationships, helping them navigate the growth and challenges of their businesses over the years and had the pleasure of watching them meet – and exceed – their goals and vision.
